A daring, dynamic boxing comedy featuring personalities from the worlds of comedy, TV and rap: that's Challenger, a new film by Varante Soudjian, produced by former TV host Arthur Essebag. The film, which is currently shooting in the Hauts-de-France region, boasts a star-studded cast of French entertainment greats including Alban Ivanov, Audrey Pirault, Soso Maness, David Salles, Alexandre Antonio, Moussa Maaskri, Jonas Dinel, Pierre François Martin-Laval and Nordine Sahli.
In this film, Luka (played by Alban Ivanov) dreams of excelling in boxing. Unfortunately, for the time being, he finds himself confined to amateur fights, far from the glory of big-name matches. His destiny changes when an unexpected opportunity presents itself and propels our long-hoped-for hero to the top.
Alban Ivanov, who has shone on many stages as an actor, joins the CHALLENGER adventure for the first time as a lead actor in a feature film. This rise to prominence in the cinema promises to be an exciting one for Alban, who has demonstrated versatility of interpretation in a variety of fields, both comic and dramatic.
Audrey Pirault, known for her performances in various film and TV projects, also brings her talent to this promising film. As for Soso Maness, a well-known rapper from Marseilles, he adds a new string to his bow by joining this eclectic cast.
