Queen Rock Montreal: concert to be shown in IMAX theaters in January 2024

Queen Rock Montreal, the event concert by the band led by Freddie Mercury, comes to theaters, exclusively in IMAX theaters from January 18 to 21, 2024.

This remarkable retransmission of a live concert from 1981 offers audiences an intimate glimpse into the spectacular world of Queen, with powerful, iconic performances by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon. All these elements are enhanced by unrivalled IMAX picture and sound quality, including 12-track surround sound, offering viewers an unprecedented immersive experience.

As Brian May pointed out,"This film immortalized one of the highest peaks of any Queen concert during our heyday on stage." Rogers Taylor added:"Enjoy. We were young!". Queen Rock Montreal offers the unique opportunity to relive this historic and exhilarating performance of their greatest hits such as "We Will Rock You", "Somebody To Love", "Under Pressure", "Bohemian Rhapsody", and many more.

The event will be shown in over 450 IMAX theaters worldwide for 4 days from January 18 to 21, 2024. Parisians will be able to discover the film in the following theaters: Pathé la Villette, Pathé Conflans Sainte Honorine, Pathé Carré Sénart, Pathé Quai d'Ivry, Gaumont Disney Village and Mégarama Givors.
