What if, for an hour, you were to become the hero of a film? That's what Majestic Escape Game, in the capital's 1st arrondissement, offers through its escape games, and particularly with one of its rooms, Titanic, which recounts the story of the sinking of the famous ocean liner.
The pitch: you find yourself locked in the engine room of the Titanic with your fellow mechanics at the time of the sinking, and have no idea what's going on outside. Access to the upper deck has obviously been locked, and only Peter, one of your colleagues, is desperately trying to save you. The objective: you must get out of the engine room and find access to the upper deck to escape, all within 60 minutes.
Like Atlantide, the other room in the establishment, the universe is respected and striking. The result is truly breathtaking, and immersion is total, thanks to the perfectly matched decors. The slightly sloping room (which is normal, since you're sinking) adds a touch of realism. In terms of puzzles, fans of brainteasers are in for a treat, as are fans of digging, and communication remains the order of the day, as the team starts off separately right from the start of the adventure. A convincing staging that makes Titanic one of the best escape games in the capital.
In the meantime, go for it, folks, but don't sink!
