After its release on PC and Xbox last January, Palworld has a little surprise in store for PS5 players... At a State of Play conference held on September 24, 2024, Pocket Pair unveiled a new trailer for its game, a Pokemon-like game a little too closely modelled on Nintendo' s hit (the studio is on trial for this reason). A trailer that certainly hinted at a PS5 release... But what a surprise it was for PlayStation players to discover at the end of the trailer that the game was now available on Sony's console, out of the blue!
Palworld offers an adventure in a vast world populated by multi-faceted creatures. Echoing the Pokémon universe is inevitable, but Palworld offers a more mature touch, confronting players with moral dilemmas in an environment where survival dictates the law. Players will be able to engage their Pals in battle, sell them, or even, in extreme situations, consume them to subsist.
You'll explore the world by flying, swimming and digging, all in the company of these endearing Pals. All you have to do is get your hands on them!
