The Monnaie de Paris needs your help: lead the investigation and find the counterfeiter who has infiltrated the museum... Apprentice detectives, it's up to you!

Are you more Sherlock Holmes, Colombo or Inspecteur Gadget? Whatever your style, the Monnaie de Paris is counting on you: an exciting investigation awaits you. New dates have been added to the calendar: come and solve the mystery on October 8 and 29, November 12 and 26, December 10 and January 21.

Amateur sleuths are on the hunt for a counterfeiter who has been hiding in the museum aisles. This shadowy individual is trying to steal the secrets of the Monnaie de Paris, from the minting techniques to the metals and alloys, not forgetting the symbols on the coins. The malefactor was spotted by security guards, but managed to escape. Luckily for us, he dropped his notebook as he ran.

Now you'll have to decipher the cipher notes, solve the riddles and retrace the counterfeiter's route from the Cour d'Honneur to the museum vault. Track down the counterfeiter and his accomplice, and foil their Machiavellian plans! Investigators, it's your turn!

This fun game, accessible to children aged 6 and over, offers a new way of discovering the permanent collections of La Monnaie de Paris. You can wander through the different areas of the tour, which explain the history of money through art, economics, archaeology, science and technology...

A fun and unusual activity to enjoy this Sunday!
