In Hogwarts Legacy, Hogwarts is full of secrets, and the editors of Sortiraparis won't deny it... Some of these secrets are well known to fans of the Harry Potter saga, having featured prominently in the books and films. One such secret is the Chamber of Secrets.
A well-hidden chamber housing a terrifying creature - a basilisk - created by Salazar Slytherin himself to "sort out" (for want of a better term) the Muggle-born wizards and purebloods he wants to favor. A Chamber of Secrets that many players have tried to visit in Hogwarts Legacy, to discover the basilisk and wander through these terrifying spaces.
To get there, if you're a fan of the saga, you know the drill: head for the girls' toilets, near the Slytherin common room, at the sink with a small snake engraved on its tap. A word in Fourchelang opens the door... But can you get into it in Hogwarts Legacy? The answer will probably disappoint you... No, unfortunately.
Although the sink exists (a wizard's scroll gives you details of the engraved tap), it's impossible to access it, as your character doesn't speak Fourchelang. And you won't be able to enter it any time soon, as Avalanche Studios has no DLC planned. Hopefully, one day, in a potential sequel? In the meantime, we're venturing into another secret room also imagined by Salazard Slytherin, and accessible this time: the Scriptorium. Did you find it?
