Headlining every season: Louis Vuitton. The monogram and the checkerboard, two emblematic prints that have made the success story of the House, initially entirely dedicated to luggage. In the 2000s, Louis Vuitton extended its activity to fashion and launched its ready-to-wear line. Among the iconic artistic directors of women's ready-to-wear was American designer Marc Jacobs, who held the helm for 16 years, before handing over to French designer Nicolas Ghesquière, former artistic director of Balenciaga.

On the men's side, the collections were a resounding success thanks to Virgil Abloh, visionary designer and hyperactive DJ, who passed away at the end of 2021. His successor is Pharrell Williams, the American pop star already well established in the world of fashion and arty collaborations.
