For Easter, Printemps Haussmann is hosting an exceptional artistic installation to be discovered from April 2 to 21, 2025: Canopée Kristaline. Presented at the entrance to Printemps Homme, this monumental work of art, the brainchild of visual artist Benoît Dutour and pastry chef Gaël Clavière, promises a unique sensory immersion in the heart of Paris.

Combining contemporary art, pastry-making expertise and innovation, Canopée Kristaline takes the form of a majestic 2.60-meter tree of life, whose branches sculpted from exceptional chocolate house twelve optical glass "Tears of Joy", some adorned with Swarovski crystals. A true ode to life and fraternity, the work can be viewed at 360° thanks to a play of mirrors and luminous reflections.

The experience doesn't stop there: around the installation, visitors are invited to experience a multi-sensory journey with the diffusion of an exclusive fragrance imagined by Meabh McCurtin (IFF), inspired by cocoa, as well as a tasting of organic and fair-trade chocolates from Maison Bonange.

Open free of charge, Canopée Kristaline is one of the must-see exhibitions in Paris this spring 2025. A poetic and gourmet interlude to enjoy with family and friends, in the heart of the 9th arrondissement.
