In Paris, L'Olympic Party makes its nest. On Sunday August 29, 2021, the La Grand Party collective is organizing its"Olympic Party #2: Le Grand Bowl d'Air". A festive, family-friendly and sporting event, held at the Skatepark de Bercy located in the 12th arrondissement at Parc de Bercy, featuring skateboarding and breakdancing initiations, as well as pop and rock concerts.
The musical program for"L'Olympic Party #2: Le Grand Bowl d'Air" features three artists mixing pop and rock. First up is Lagrace, a 20-year-old artist whose music is a cross between RnB, soul and rap. Next up is Kevin Heartbeats, an artist known for his sentimental, introspective music, like a twilight stroll. Last but not least, Georges Ka will be on hand to sing powerful lyrics over instrumentals that straddle hip hop, funk and pop.
On the sporting front, there's plenty to do too! At the Skatepark de Bercy, in the 12th arrondissement, Parisians can discover breakdance performances and learn to skateboard. Incidentally, we remind you that these two sports are invited to the program of the Paris 2024 Olympics, with Olympic event sites to be set up in the heart of the capital. The organizers have also announced that a maximum capacity of 300 people will be permitted, and that presentation of a health pass is of course compulsory for access to the venue.
What is theHyper Festival? More than 200 cultural events to be discovered free of charge in public spaces and City of Paris establishments. From now until the end of August, shows, concerts and exhibitions will be taking place in squares, parks and gardens, schoolyards, libraries, hospital and EPHAD courtyards, to the delight of Parisians in need of culture!
