Open-air yoga sessions among animals at Espace Rambouillet (78)

Have you always dreamed of meditating among animals? Well,Espace Rambouillet has made your wish come true, and is offering you the chance to step out of the relaxation rooms for an open-air yoga session, in the heart of the forest, surrounded by hundreds of animals, who may even come up to say hello! Every Saturday morning until July 6, 2024, you're invited to let go in the middle of nature, for two hours.

You start with a meditative walk in the wild forest, an area where animals, including deer, fallow deer and roe deer, roam in semi-liberty! It's a great way to set yourself up for some quiet time, before settling down near the Mare St Rémy for some hatha yoga under the trees. This quiet activity intrigues the animals, and could well lead to some wonderful surprises, with new companions!

If you wish, you can stay in the park and visit it afterwards, enjoying a healthy lunch. Although these exceptional sessions come to an end at the beginning of July, the nearby Huttopia campsite welcomes you for workshops until the end of August!
