Run or walk for two!
Two formats are on offer to accommodate a wide variety of participants: a 4km walk for all, and a 6km run for those over 16. There will also be a collective warm-up at 10 a.m. for all those who wish to take part, before the walk and run start at 10.30 a.m.
A course for everyone!
The route will be particularly flat, taking place along the Canal Saint-Martin in the 10th arrondissement. All kinds of pairs can be formed: a parent and a child, a person with a motor or visual disability and an able-bodied person, friends, young and old, neighbors... Numerous surprises will be handed out along the way to encourage and motivate brave participants to keep going right to the end!
Mobility events
A solidarity village will be set up in the Jardin Villemin, where the stands of the event's partners will be on hand to offer a wide range of activities and information on mobilizing for seniors.
There will also be a collective warm-up at 10am for all those who wish to do so, before starting the walk at 10.30am or the run at 11am.
