Attention Youssoupha fans! This winter, the French rapper plans to surprise his fans with a unique symphonic gospel experience! The artist, a true legend of French rap, is surrounding himself with theOrchestre national d'Île-de-France to revisit his mythical album"Noir D****" live.
Released in 2012, this landmark album in the artist's discography was conceived as a tribute to black people. More than ten years after the release of his third studio album, Youssoupha has decided to transpose it on stage in an explosive configuration that mixes rap, gospel and symphonic music for a unique concert not to be missed on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 in the Grand Hall Pierre Boulez of the Philharmonie de Paris.
Needless to say, this musical event is likely to arouse the curiosity of many. Also, don't miss the opening of the ticket office (available by subscription) from Wednesday, April 12th at 12pm.
We recall that the rapper Youssoupha released his first opus,"À chaque frère", in 2007. Two years later, he released"Sur les chemins du retour". Two records that did not take long to seduce the ears of urban music fans, since both albums were certified gold records.
The career of the artist really explodes in 2012 with the release of"Noir D****", his third album, which includes the singles " Menace De Mort ", " Espérance De Vie", " Histoires Vraies ", " Dreamin' " and " Les Disques De Mon Père ".
