Fans of the erotic circus have already discovered the Fantasma Circus Erotica show, at the Folies Bergère in November 2023 . After a first tour at the Théâtre des Variétés in April 2022, the show is back in Paris, at the Folies Bergère, with new dates from July 18 to August 17, 2024.
This erotic cabaret is a show created by Manon Savary and Marc Zaffuto (the creators of Manko Cabaret, held at Club Manko from 2015 to 2019). From start to finish, the directors bring the most unavowable fantasies to life, creating an erotic fairytale between circus, burlesque, dance and striptease. Stiletto heels with endless platforms, leather, straps, fantastical characters and actors from X-rated films mingle in an imaginary world that is, to say the least, fantastic.
Surrounded by a troupe of 13 artists led by revue leader Allanah Starr, Savary and Zaffuto 's show also tends towards fashion and drag. The troupe includes Julie Demont, who has already performed at the Folies Bergère in Jean Paul Gaultier's Fashion Freak Show, as well as dancer David Pereira, a Cirque du Soleil alumnus who tried his luck on La France a un Incroyable Talent, and former Lido dancer Julian Ardley.
