One math show for young and old alike, Manu Houdart'sVery Math Trip is a family outing to the Lucernaire to re-discover mathematics. Yes, even the Pythagorean theorem, which may have traumatized you in 3rd grade, but this time, I promise, it'll be much funnier than in middle school.
Manu Houdart promises audiences aplayful, high-energy one math show. The comedian uses his boundless energy to demonstrate that mathematics lurks in every aspect of everyday life, even in situations as unexpected as a soccer match. In Very Math Trip, he also shows how complex mathematical concepts can be applied to subjects as universal as happiness and love.
A math teacher, Manu Houdart presents his show to the general public for the first time at the Avignon Festival. The show, which was due to be performed at the Théâtre du Gymnase, was cancelled due to the health crisis. After several dates at the Lucernaire and three days at the Grand Rex, he returned to the Lucernaire!
