Set not far from Paris-Le Bourget airport, the Air and Space Museum celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Mission Apollo 11 on Saturday July 20, 2019 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.! 50 yeas after men first ever walked on the Moon, you’re invited to relive the Apollo missions in the Hall of the space conquest.
On a set devoted to the exploration of the Moon, you’re told about the Apollo missions through some emblematic items: the famous reproductions between a moon spacesuit and a rover, the different training tools thanks to which astronauts can collect samples on the moon and so on… Ready for the adventure?
The Air and Space Museum offers guided tours, family workshops, installations and planetarium sessions for an exceptional and free night to celebrate the man’s first steps on the Moon.
Come and (re)discover the entire story of the space conquest as told in the Hall 11 of the museum where visitors travel beyond the stars, passing by the Sputnik satellites, the Voyager probes, the V2 and Ariane 5 rockets or even the Apollo Missions!
One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind!
