Maison Chloé celebrates its iconic years of collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld with a free fashion exhibition, presented in its Paris flagship at the height of Haute Couture Fashion Week. Running until July 6, 2023, the retrospective offers a look back at more than two decades of joint creation between the legendary couturier and the luxury label.
Hired in 1963 by Chloé founder Gaby Aghion, Karl Lagerfeld would later take the creative reins at the Maison and cultivate the singular vision of the Chloé woman for 25 years. The exhibition, held in the heart of the Rue Saint Honoré boutique, highlights some of Lagerfeld's most iconic creations for the brand, from its beginnings to his death in February 2019.
Archival sketches, photographs and iconic pieces, visitors are immersed in the creative world of Karl Lagerfeld at Chloé. While the major retrospective "Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty" is currently on show at the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the exhibition also unveils the Chloé dresses created by Gabriela Hearst, and inspired by Karl Lagerfeld, for the Met Gala 2023.
After Paris, theexhibition will travel to Asia, including Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore, Chengdu, Shanghai, Beijing and Hangzhou. It will finally be presented in Tokyo and Dubai this autumn.
Plan your visit so you don't miss out on this exceptional event celebrating the couturier's unforgettable legacy!
