Fans zone, warehouses, historic Parisian sites hosting events, transport, Parisian arteries... Ouvrons Grand les Yeux takes us into the festivities of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games with a tender eye. The viewpoint of 5 young photographers trained by Analog Sport, who spent 2 days criss-crossing carefully chosen locations, accompanied by 5 professional photographers, for a festive, authentic and joyful photographic report, with a special feature: the cameras used.
In today's digital age, theAnalog Sport association has decided to offer free training in film photography to young people aged 16 to 25, a noble but demanding technique that requires them to stay connected to the action of the moment. These young people, from the Terres de Jeux and Quartiers Prioritaires communities, are supported throughout their training by professional photographers, to ensure a new generation of sports photographers trained in specific skills.
The selected photographers produced hundreds of shots on the theme of the Olympics, based on an original idea from theGoodfellas Company agency. Ouvrons Grand les Yeux recounts a fine slice of the 2024 Games, a testimony going beyond the competition that will (re)experience the emotions of the first great moments of this unparalleled event.
This project is to be discovered duringfree exhibitions open to all, hosted in the photo galleries, and then in a book to be published in a limited edition. Discover it at the Photo Gallery in the Fnac Paris Ternes store.
