Nuits des Étoiles 2024 at Jardin Fertile in Montrouge (92)

Just outside Paris, we're taking a break from light pollution to enjoy an exceptional night to contemplate the sky. This year, the Nuits des Étoiles 2024 will be held in Montrouge. Rendezvous at Montrouge's Jardin Fertile on the night of August 10-11, 2024 for observations of the stars, planets and Milky Way, in the company of astronomers from the Association Française d'Astronomie!

Through workshops, these enthusiasts will explain to novices the make-up of the sky that evening, so that they can then better find their bearings when observing the stars. From 9:00 pm to 12:30 am, visitors will be able to admire the dance of the planets between Jupiter, Saturn and Mars, and gaze at Vega, Deneb and Altair, three of the brightest stars. Keep your eyes peeled for the Perseid showers of shooting stars. There will also be a special animation with Unistellar telescopes, a sponsor of the event.
