One of the most eagerly awaited events of the summer is set to return in August! The Nuits des Etoiles (Starry Nights) are back with a vengeance, offering magical evenings gazing up at the skies above Paris. In Paris and the surrounding region, numerous events are organized in parks, forests and gardens to get away from light pollution. In Beaumont-sur-Oise, in the Val d'Oise region, we're looking forward to seeing you on August 10, 2024 at the Plaine de Jeux, for an exceptional day of entertainment for the whole family.
Unlike other events set up for the occasion, Club astro Albiréo 95 is offering plenty of fun for children from the afternoon onwards. On the program: water rockets, solar observation, photo exhibition, planetarium, astro board games before switching to night-time mode. During the evening, young and old alike can enjoy a lecture, a planetarium and a big-screen projection, before scanning the Milky Way until 1am.
As soon as night falls, members of the association will present the summer sky to you: you canobserve itwith the naked eye by following their indications and explanations! For the more sporty, acelestial laser trek is organized, during which you may catch a glimpse of some of the shooting stars of the Perseids! Refreshments and food available on site!
