Lovers of rollerblades or, more generally, wheeled machines, come and join the Pari Roller event on the occasion of the Fête Nationale and the passage of the Olympic Flame through the capital, for three free rides on Friday July 12, Sunday July 14 and Monday July 15, 2024. A walk on wheels that will allow you to admire the capital's most beautiful monuments and enjoy the festivities of this busy weekend!
Put on your favorite rollerblades, get on your bike, your scooter or even your skateboard and enjoy a different kind of atmosphere as you discover the City of Light, over a distance of almost 15 kilometers! The parades are free, supervised and open to all without registration. A great opportunity to get together with friends or family and enjoy the weekend!
The stroll will be accompanied by DJ Maxime Cartier and a sound and light show for a unique musical experience. Meet on the forecourt of the Gare Montparnasse from 8:30 p.m. for a 9:30 p.m. departure. For those who don't have a bike, Dott will provide bikes for the first 30 to arrive.
A special parade to celebrate the arrival of the Olympic flame in the heart of Paris, less than a kilometer long on rue de Rivoli. Participants will have the chance to witness the Olympic flame as it passes by, with a special place at the end of the parade, just before its arrival at the Louvre. The meeting point is set for 6:30 p.m. at the junction of Rue de Rivoli and Rue de Castiglione.
Roller party on rue de Vaugirard, from 1.45pm to 2.30pm, let yourself be carried away by the electrifying rhythms of DJ Pitcha and show off your best roller dance moves. Pairs of rollerblades will be provided free of charge for amateur participants. After 45 minutes of music and dance, participants will be able to admire the Olympic flame up close as it crosses the rue de Vaugirard. Meet at 1.45pm at Vaugirard metro station (line 12) and follow the party to Pasteur metro station (lines 12 and 6).
