For thirty years now, children have been following the adventures of Camille the Caterpillar, Simeon the Butterfly, Belle the Ladybird, Margot the Snail and many other funny little creatures. Straight from the imagination ofAntoon Krings, they'll be invading the Domaine de Saint-Cloud for the next few months, with free entertainment for the whole family.
Not content with being the stars of an exhibition entirely dedicated to them at the Gallimard gallery in Paris, Antoon Krings' Drôles de Petites Bêtes can now boast their own garden at the magnificent Domaine de Saint-Cloud. To celebrate this anniversary in style, the Domaine is hosting a free outdoor exhibition in the Petit Parc de Saint-Cloud, as well as inaugurating an ephemeral garden designed by landscape artist Matthias Colardelle especially for the occasion. Comprising a meadow, flower beds and edible plants, this sensory garden will awaken the senses of young and old alike, and will evolve throughout the year.
To complete this attractive insect program, a series of visits andcraft and creative workshops - making insect hotels, creating fictitious animals from natural materials, listening to insect sounds, etc. - will be offered throughout the season. So, from June 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025, Mireille the Bee, Huguette the Wasp and the other little beasts await you at the Domaine de Saint-Cloud!
