The Aquarium Festival at the Palais de la Porte Dorée: discover the program for the whole family!

The Palais de la Porte Dorée invites you and your family to its big party on Saturday June 8 and Sunday June 9, 2024. This 8th edition features numerous workshops, immersive animations, creative activities and conferences for the whole family.

The Fête de l'Aquariumis back again this year, for a seventh edition, to be experienced on the weekend of June 8-9, 2024, at the aquarium of the Palais de la Porte Dorée. This discovery-filled weekend offers you the chance to meet major players in the preservation of the world's oceans and rivers, including associations, NGOs and research centers.

This year's theme,"Rivers of the World", is an invitation to discover the world of rivers: populated by exceptional flora and fauna, these freshwater environments are particularly threatened and weakened by human activity. From France to India, via French Guiana and other continents, discover the most beautiful rivers on our planet!

During the weekend, there will be a host of free activities on site and on the Poisson Lune terrace, including scientific workshops, a participatory fresco, eco-quizzes, film screenings and more.

The Amboaboa River in Madagascar, Saturdays and Sundays at 11am/13pm/15pm/17pm

Scientific workshops

Throughout the two-day event, micro-tours of the Tropical Aquarium will be organized to give you a more detailed and personalized insight into marine biodiversity. To take part in the activities organized as part of the Fête de l'Aquarium at the Palais de la Porte Dorée, you'll need to buy tickets, which cost €10 full price and €7 concessions, and are free for the under-25s.
