Chef Cyril Lignac never ceases to delight our taste buds! After a Michelin-starred restaurant, two bistros and four pastry shops, the famous chef from Aveyron, who often appears on TV, unveils his latest address.
Called La Chocolaterie, this boutique-café is, as its name suggests, entirely dedicated to... chocolate!
Nestled in the capital's 11th arrondissement, the shop opened its doors on March 22, 2016 and hopes to seduce cocoa-lovers with its chocolate bars, chocolate bars, but also hot chocolates, chocolate spreads and chocolate pastries to enjoy on the spot or to take away.
Set around a large wooden table d'hôte, La Chocolaterie offers around 15 different chocolate bars. Handcrafted in the Chef's workshop in Saint-Ouen, these bars come in three varieties:
La Chocolaterie also offers chocolate bars (coconut/raspberry, caramel cookie milk, chocolate orange...) and marshmallow bears.
As for pastries, La Chocolaterie is sure to win you over with its chocolate éclair, Cherrycoco, hazelnut entremets, cookies, macaroons...
