Christophe Adam strikes again! The chef behind L'Eclair de Génie has set up Café - L'Eclair de Génie in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.

Who hasn't yet succumbed to the delicious gourmet creations offered by L'Eclair de Génie? In 2012, Chef Christophe Adam launched his patisserie concept on rue Pavée in Paris.

Its extensive collection of eclairs and chocolate bonbons soon satisfied the palates of even the most demanding gourmets.

Christophe Adam is thus multiplying his stores in the capital (Carrousel du Louvre, Odéon, Lafayette Gourmet, Réaumur...) to the point of opening a boutique in Tokyo, Japan.

Today, the famous chef is taking things a step further with the opening of the Café - L'Eclair de Génie in the 18th arrondissement.
