The enthusiasm for coffee shops in Paris continues! Proof of it with the opening, in September 2016, of Passager in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
Thought up by blogger Fanny and the owner of the burger restaurant Starvin’Joe, the place is welcoming: brick walls, tiled floors, large patio doors… everything is here so that we feel like at home!
Regarding what we have in the plate, Passager seduces us with scones, the famous granola and carrot cakes to enjoy from breakfast to afternoon break. Each and every pastry is homemade, cooked on the spot every morning by the Chef and the barista, following the inspiration of the moment.
The pancake batter is renewed every morning for a cooking on order. Here, serving something reheated is out of the question! Everything is prepared on order.
At lunchtime, toasts are served, including the avocado toast, the salmon toast or the toast with smoked beef, as well as free-range eggs cooked in the oven with bacon for some and mushrooms for others.
To accompany these dishes, Passager offers all kinds of coffee, homemade hot chocolate as well as freshly squeezed juices and lemonades.
In short, an ultra-friendly coffee shop, a very pleasant atmosphere, an authentic barista and a homemade cuisine to cook everything on the spot and on order.
