Head to the Gare de Lyon to visit the CitizenM. This ultra-connected hotel opened last summer. It’s the third address in the Paris region but the first within Paris. And you know what? It’s wicked! A skyscraper, an ultra-design décor, as soon as you enter the place, you feel like at home.
At the first floor, you walk through a huge and laid-back lounge in which buddies came to relax with a drink and others that enjoy the warm atmosphere to get some work done. A hybrid place where there is something for everyone.
But, what about being on cloud nine? There’s something even better: being on floor 16! Literally. You’ll get it, you’ll have to take the lift to reach the last floor and discover the CloudM. TADAAH
A giant ceramic horse welcomes you as soon as the doors open. Then, the CloudM lays before your eyes. A super cozy bar mixing High Tech with design findings and uncommon decoration. We totally forget we’re at a hotel, actually, we feel like at home. Look by the window, and Paris is at your feet.
Cité de la Mode et du Design, Notre-Dame de Paris, Tour Montparnasse and of course the beautiful Eiffel Tower, all the facets of the French capital are to be admired. Yes, the CloudM is much more than a bar, it’s a Skybar.
No food on the menu but drinks. Yet, the setting easily makes up for it. The icing on the cake, the CitizenM features several meeting rooms, up to the last floor to enjoy the breathtaking view. They reflect the spirit of the house, a universe combining business and peace in a casual and arty setting.
