Lovers of fine bubbles come together at L'Extra Brut, a champagne bar in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, to discover the different sparkling wines of our terroir and enjoy a variety of tasty dishes to accompany them. Authentic local champagnes from talented houses and winemakers will be available for sipping in a warm and educational setting.
The selection features Blancs de blancs, such as the brut premier cru cuis by Pierre Gimonnet & Fils and the cuvée terroirs by Agrapart & Fils, as well as Blancs de noirs such as the cuvée Eric Rodez, the grand cru Mailly and the cuvée grand cru perle noir by Soutiran.
The House's philosophy is transmitted by Benoît, the owner, through his in-depth knowledge and passion, and his relaxed approach. His vision of champagne? "A skilful blend of freshness and history emanating from a unique terroir, all transported by elegant bubbles". At L'Extra Brut, it's also possible to take part in "food and wine" pairing workshops, since, let's not forget, champagne is first and foremost a wine.
On the menu, salmon, Bellota, Burrata and other products tickle the taste buds of gourmets and gourmands alike. In short, THE place to go if you love champagne in all its forms... Shall we go, friends?
