The Bubble Suite has just opened in Paris! Nestled on the first floor of the Hilton Opéra, the Bubble Suite is a bar dedicated to champagne. Conceived in partnership with the Collet champagne house, the Bubble Suite is open Wednesday to Friday from 5pm to 10pm, and we went to test it for you.
As soon as you enter the prestigious establishment, you leave the hustle and bustle of the Opera district behind and enter a veritable art deco showcase. Dressed in black and gold, the Bubble Suite is an intimate, elegant space wherebottles of Collet are displayed like precious jewels on a central column.
Comfortably seated in an armchair, we discover the cocktail menu. Three original creations by Pierre Galea, all based on Collet champagne, are presented. We love theOrigami, a cocktail with Japanese accents and a beautiful green dress served in an Art Deco-style glass. The other creations, on the other hand, are rather disappointing because they are not very sophisticated. And yet, at 25 euros a cocktail, you'd expect some nice surprises... In other words, it might be better to stick with a classic glass of champagne.
On the food side, various amuse-bouches accompany the champagnes. Foie gras lollipop, scallops with parsnip purée, oysters with red fruit vinegar: the ingredients used are carefully selected and blended by Hilton Opéra chef Eric Lenormand.
The perfect place to unwind in a luxurious setting.
