Jean-Pierre Lopes and Thomas Delafon, owners of the Bambou restaurant, entrusted decorators Clémence and Clément Goutal with the task of transforming this new space into an intimate, relaxing venue, to be used as a new-generation cocktail bar for unique moments, as well as a takeaway. Continuing on from the restaurant, they opted for a typically Thai, Asian ambience, with a garden adorned with flowers and exotic plants. Shade screens on the ceiling provide shelter for less adventurous customers: an ideal setting for escaping city life without having to leave the city.
In the evening, the Bamboo bar welcomes guests in a relaxed, romantic atmosphere. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work, or for a tête-à-tête with your loved one. The few seats directly on the bar offer a pleasant view of the terrace, so you can see who wants to be seen. And for the sultriest evenings, a speakeasy has even been installed in the basement.
Le Bambou's new bar is an address to add to your list of must-visit spots in Paris, where it's good to escape the stresses of everyday life, with the added bonus of signature cocktails from Oscar Quagliarini, a renowned barman of Italian origin, who will take you on a journey to the far reaches of the Kingdom of Siam.
Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
