Cocktail bars are multiplying in Paris, but they're not all the same... The proof is in the French Riviera, which opened in early September 2019.
Behind this new establishment is Adèle Fardeau, former Chef Barmaid at 1905, having previously worked at Mandarin Oriental, Burgundy... For the French Riviera bar, Adèle Fardeau has imagined a convivial yet chic venue of just 50m², transporting us to the South of France.
Located on rue Froissart, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, French Riviera boasts a warm decor with antique ceramics, cement tile floors and vintage posters.
On the menu, Adèle has created nine cocktails (from €11 to €13) named after emblematic towns such as St Raphaël or Menton.
With ingredients such as lavender, thyme and olive, these clever beverages are sure to tantalize your taste buds, like the'Antibes' cocktail made with rum, Cointreau, homemade mango syrup and herbes de province, lemon and passion juice.
Also discover the'Cannes', made with gin, bergamot liqueur, ginger beer, lemon and lemon bitter, or the 'Pampelonne', with lavender-infused Pampelle and prosecco.
To top it all off, Adèle has devised a secret'Monte Carlo' menu with a dozen Premium cocktails available only on the floor and at the customer's request!
The cocktail menu also includes cider, beer and spirits. All this is accompanied by a tapas menu featuring tapenade and anchoïade from Les Niçois (9€).
So, are you ready to travel to the South?
