Interest in spirits made in France is growing in the hearts of the French. Indeed, who today knows how vodka, gin and the other alcoholic beverages we consume are made? Fabien Mauzé and Sarah Lion, the founders of La Compagnie du Mieux Boire, the new online wine shop for artisanal French spirits, asked themselves just such a question!
The idea behind La Compagnie du Mieux Boire? To spotlight French spirits producers! To discover them, head to La Compagnie du Mieux Boire from November 23!
On this online cellar, lovers of fine spirits will be able to discover some sixty references of artisanal French spirits, as well as quality softs. Fabien and Sarah have gone to meet each distiller and selected the crème de la crème of local spirits, produced in small quantities, in a sustainable way and in a short circuit by passionate craftsmen.
In addition to this new online cellar, La Compagnie du Mieux Boire will be setting up an ephemeral cellar in the 3rd arrondissement, at 11 rue du Pont aux Choux, from December 7 to 24, to enable Parisians to pick up some fine bottles for festive end-of-year dinners from the 30 producers on site (health conditions permitting, of course!).
