Looking for a great afterwork concept this Thursday evening? We've come up with a promising plan a stone's throw from the Champs Elysées. To discover it, head to Rue de Berri, and more precisely to the Hôtel Lancaster where you'll find the Copperbay bar, renowned for its cutting-edge mixology creations. In addition to the cocktails for which it's famous, every Thursday there's now a vintage-style musical rendezvous for music lovers: the Vinyl Club.
The idea? Every evening, anew DJ arrives to introduce us to his or her vinyl collection, ranging from little-known nuggets to upbeat classics, promising an enveloping acoustic experience to the rhythm of the sets, all in an anachronistic, vintage-style atmosphere.
Musical discovery also goes hand in hand with culinary curiosity, as the menu offers the chance to toast to unusual cocktails that echo the Mediterranean basin, and sweet and savory cocktails. Tapenade, Tiramisu, Pastel de Nata, Tahini Sour and Casablanca Torino with Ras Del Hanout are all intriguing creations that can be accompanied by tapas also inspired by Mediterranean flavors.
