Just a few minutes from Saint-Lazare is the luxurious Hôtel Bowmann, a chic and refined landmark in the 8th arrondissement. To celebrate the coming summer, the hotel is teaming up with Maison Lanson for theBulles & Grill afterwork every Thursday from 6pm to 10pm. DJ set and finger food on the menu.
The afterwork takes place on the hotel' s elegant patio, a welcome break from the Parisian hustle and bustle of the Saint-Lazare district. The patio's brick wall lends a slightly New York feel to the place, supported by the retro black furniture and its white cousins. The patio is, for the occasion, invaded by white Maison Lanson deckchairs, setting the tone. You can start the evening with a glass of Brut, Rosé or Blanc champagne (19€, 21€ and 26€ respectively), to sip as you chat with friends or listen to the DJ.
Feeling hungry? Our chef will serve you specialties cooked on the Kamado barbecue, created just for the occasion. A charcoal-fueled barbecue, Kamado cooking allows you to grill and roast to perfection, thanks to its ability to maintain a high temperature.
On the afterwork menu: Hot Dog'n Roll, a homemade veal and pig sausage with fried onion, sage and ketchup; Tuna Roll with tuna tartar, cucumber, pickled cabbage, spring onion and lime (our favorite!) and the Veggie Roll, with bbq eggplant, yogurt, basil, mint and pickled onion (16€, 14€ and 12€ respectively). You can also order daily à la carte dishes such as Xavier Thuret's cheeses or Black Tiger prawns with Gribiche sauce .
The Bulles & Grill afterwork is every Thursday until September 5 on the patio of theHôtel Bowmann, in partnership with La Maison Lanson. An afterwork not to be missed if you're looking for a trendy place to have a good time after a long day.
