Under the subdued lights and dancing shadows of Le Meurice's Restaurant Le Dalí, Thursday evenings will take on a new allure, more electrifying than ever! From March 2024, the hushed atmosphere of the famous palace on Rue de Rivoli will become the setting for a weekly rendez-vous where gastronomy and music are combined with a touch of eccentricity.
From now on, on Thursdays from 8pm, DJ sets take over from traditional jazz evenings. Each week, a renowned artist from the electro scene takes the helm, distilling the latest in-demand mixes. From the moment the first notes ring out from the turntables, a vibrant energy fills the room, keeping diners swaying until the end of the night.
Beyond the festive ambience, gastronomy remains at the center of attention. Under the guidance of chef Clémentine Bouchon, the menu unveils an anthology of seasonal flavors, designed to be shared and celebrated in good company. On the menu, fine Breton oysters, gourmet gambas fritters, tasty smoked salmon and divinely melting duck foie gras confit. Not forgetting the unmissable XXL soufflé potato, extra-crisp, a real de-luxe potato chip ready to be dipped in a delicious caper-lemon sauce.
To accompany this feast of exceptional "tapas", the cocktails are adorned with nuances as subtle as they are sophisticated. At our table, theAmorino, a refreshing alliance of lemon, basil, mint and gin, competes in style with the Meurice Millenium, a subtle marriage of pink champagne and rose.
