Le TRIBE Clichy: the gourmet rooftop address with a Californian-inspired menu

Hotel breakfast in the morning, coffeeshop during the day, restaurant at lunchtime and dinnertime, TRIBE in Clichy (92) aims above all to be a place to live in the neighborhood, where it's good to telework all day, drink signature cocktails with a 360° view of the whole of Western Paris, or meet up at the end of the day for a gourmet, home-cooked meal.

When the weather's fine, we encourage you to enjoy the 360° view from the hotel's rooftop, overlooking the Eiffel Tower, Tour Montparnasse, Sacré-Coeur and the outskirts of Clichy-la-Garenne, with a glass of cocktail in hand. This rooftop, designed in the spirit of a Polynesian-inspired tikki bar, offers only signature cocktails (or the great classics such as mojito and moscow mule on request). We suggest you opt for the Cliché(Y) shaken with a non-alcoholic Martini, lime and lemonade, or the Jaures Mule with its notes of ginger and Calvados: if need be, the on-site barmaid will be able to advise you according to your tastes! Tapas-style snacking is also available on the rooftop, with hummus, chicken fingers, homemade guacamole, grilled cheese...

For the restaurant, the menu features some of the classics of Californian cuisine: ultra-fresh tuna tartare with roasted cauliflower and tzatziki, vegan pokebowl, crisp salads, homemade guacamole, avocado toast and smoked salmon... With particularly gourmet proposals, including a smash burger with potatoes, linguine with pesto, etc.

If you've got a little room left over, go for it (or share it, at least you're sure to finish) on the decadent rockslide brownie, served with its scoop of vanilla ice cream, the "thick" cheesecake as we like it or the acai bowl topped with fresh fruit.

When it comes to sourcing, TRIBE has opted for local products: the bakery that supplies the hotel with breads and other pastries is just around the corner, and the coffee is roasted at LOMI, a roaster based in the 18th arrondissement. Prices range from €11 to €14 for starters, €14 to €22 for main courses and €9.5 to €12 for desserts. On the rooftop, cocktails and mocktails range from €10 to €17, and tapas for nibbling from €9 to €14.
