Muriel's Secrets, does that ring a bell? This is the Youtube channel launched by Muriel Aublet-Cuvelier, whom you probably saw, if you are a pastry gourmet, in Le Meilleur Pâtissier Professionnel 2017, on M6, a show where she ended up a finalist.
Before that, Muriel Aublet-Cuvelier has, among others, passed through the Peninsula Paris or Des Gâteaux et du Pain. You might as well say that with this pastry chef, pastry is high-level. So from November 9 to 11, 2018, foodies will be able to discover her pastries in an ephemeral pastry shop, entitled Les Secrets de Muriel, which will open for the occasion in the 10th arrondissement.
During these three days, Muriel Aublet-Cuvelier will delight the taste buds with Paris-Brest with Piedmont hazelnuts 40% chocolate 35% hazelnuts (Sublime Noisette), Organic lemon tart (Souvenirs of the South), Airy cheesecake with exotic fruits and homemade speculoos (Le goût du voyage), original chocolate entremet (Intense Or noir), hazelnut spread, soft salted butter caramels, crunchy cookies with hazelnuts, pecans and milk chocolate!
And moreover, it's for a good cause, since the project is organized in partnership with theassociation Médias Handicaps whose mission is to work with journalists in order to make the theme of disability and people with reduced mobility visible and audible in the media; and that therefore all the profits of the operation will be donated to the association!
Eating pastries and supporting a good cause at the same time, what a great initiative!
