Umami Matcha Café matcha tiramisu recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients:
12 g of premium matcha
60 g sugar
2 eggs
250 g mascarpone
8 spoon cookies
A few seasonal strawberries
Preparation:
Mix the sugar and 6 g of matcha premium.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Add the yolks to the matcha-sugar mixture, whisk until it turns white.
Add the mascarpone and mix.
Whisk the egg whites until the mixture is smooth.
Whisk 4 g of matcha premium with 120 ml of cold water.
Sprinkle your spoon cookies with it.
Arrange the cookies in the glasses, cover them with the matcha mascarpone.
Set aside in a cool place (at least two hours before serving).
Before serving, sprinkle the remaining matcha on top of the desserts. Serve with fresh strawberry slices.
