On the occasion of Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2023, OFF's 2023 selection places particular emphasis on wine service and mixology in their establishments.
Warm, singular, lively places with an eclectic menu - at least 50 references and a good diversity of French regions - wines from winemakers who work cleanly, quality spirits, good food and a feel-good welcome: these are the criteria for this new selection.
The eclectic selection - from cellar diner to Michelin-starred restaurant - which includes 100 new establishments this year, aims to offer a unique and convivial experience to all epicureans and wine and spirits lovers, and to celebrate the incredible gastronomic diversity of Paris.
An effervescent program to rock Paris from February 13 to 15:
- At "CANON D'ACHILLE" in the 19th arrondissement, women will be in the spotlight with wines by women winemakers, both in the glasses and in the bottles offered on the à la carte menu;
- At "LA CALE" in the 19th arrondissement, with a blind tasting of 4 blended cuvées offered by the glass (two whites, two reds). Those who find the right grape varieties in the tasted glass will be offered a glass of this wine;
- At the "JAJA" in the 4th arrondissement, with special bubbly evenings: natural sparkling wine, champagne and cider;
- At the "GRAND CŒUR" in the 4th arrondissement, with Magnums evenings;
- At "BON VIVANT" in the 5th arrondissement, with a tasting of maceration wines.
