On the occasion, 21 Avenue Montaigne’s executive chef Philippe Marc welcomes Head-of-State of the Republic of India’s chef Montu Saini.
The latter completed a prestigious career and holds not less than 5 diplomas and 2 exceptional titles in India. He’s at the head of 40-cook team at the service of the presidency.
On the menu: a colorful décor with little symbolical touches to put you in the mood.
In terms of cooking, typical and rather spicy dishes such as the lamb or fish curry, without forgetting the famous lassis with refreshing properties.
These Indian-flavored dishes are on the menu of Relais Plaza as part of the charity gala held on November 29, 2017 for a few privileged ones (dinner at €650).
It will be in favor of Princess Diya Kumari of Jaipur’s association helping disadvantaged women and girls of Rajasthan. An auction sale with exceptional lots will be held too.
