Yoom has 5 addresses in Paris where you can taste this Cantonese specialty, which are Dim Sum. These are small raviolis stuffed according to the imagination of the chefs. And that, we can say that for Mikaël Petrossian and Benoît Guilbeau, founders of the brand, is not lacking.
That's why it was out of the question for them to miss out on desserts, which is not necessarily a specialty of Asian restaurants in the beginning.
They wanted to surprise us by staying with their initial dim sum proposal and offering sweet ones. This is how they revisit and dust off the traditional desserts in their own way, and in the form of small stuffed raviolis.
On the menu, you have
- Tang Yuan (glutinous rice balls with black sesame served in a coconut milk and ginger soup): 6,2 euros
- Grilled apple dim sum served with caramel: 6.2 euros
- Dim Sum with lemon cream : 5,6 euros
- Dim Sum with chocolate and praline: 6,8 euros
Once you have tasted them, you will not be able to do without them! It's as surprising as delicious!
Don't hesitate to go and discover them in one of the 5 Parisian Yoom restaurants.
