But one of the must-try burgers is the Provençal, which offers an incredible mix of flavors thanks to its vegan aioli, mozzarella and homemade red almond pesto. And by way of steak, you're treated to an organic, vegan galette made from cereals and tofu, which the team cooks with vegetables and spices. The result is to die for.
Vegans may cringe at the names of these cheeses, but don't worry: All these recipes can be modified. So if you specify it, your burger will be served with vegan fauxmage instead of cheese of animal origin. Now you're smiling again?
