Le Dôme: Le Perchoir's signature address in Paris

After the Perchoir Ménilmontant, the Perchoir Marais, the Perchoir Gare de l'Est and the Pavillon Puebla, the Perchoir family presents its latest addition: Le Dôme.

A new trendy address of the group, Le Dôme has taken up residence in the heart of the Marais and more exactly in the former auction room of the Mont de Piété.

For this new place, the Perchoir team has imagined a new format, inspired by its big brothers, with a menu of festive dinners, a cocktail bar and brunches on Sundays.

Here, there is no view of the capital's rooftops, but an original place with a chic and trendy decoration. As for cocktails, Le Dôme will tickle your palate with a fine selection of 12 creations.

To accompany them, Le Dôme has called on a duo of shock: Chef Marc Gaviard, trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, and Pastry Chef Jérémy Claudepierre.

Together, they propose a modern menu mixing Spanish inspirations and some touches of traditional Asian cuisine. The menu at Le Dôme includes a Nikkei salmon ceviche with avocado and lime, and a truffle pizette.
