After having worked at the Prunier restaurant, and having multiplied her experiences in many palace restaurants - the Plaza Athénée with Jean-François Piège, the Ritz in London, the Meurice, the Crillon, the Raphaël - Amandine Chaignot is launching a new challenge. The famous French chef plans to open her very first restaurant.
Named Pouliche, this restaurant is expected to open on October 21, 2019 in the 10th arrondissement of the capital.
To be discovered more exactly at N°11 rue d'Enghien, Pouliche will honor a French cuisine that is both playful and reasoned, combining freshness and spontaneity.
Relying on seasonal products and arrivals, the menu will be short and accessible. For example, the starter will include Haloumi de l'ami Pierre grilled with toasted sesame, grouse carpaccio, whisky jelly, roasted barley, but also a seared pike-perch with cockle juice, blackberries, and buttered beans as a main course. The restaurant is also expected to seat up to 55 guests.
To top it all off, Amandine Chaignot will be offering delicious cocktails to accompany the various dishes in her first restaurant.
Come on, a little more patience before pushing the doors of the restaurant Pouliche and taste the mouth-watering dishes signed by Amandine Chaignot. Note by the way that reservations will open on October 7!

We remind you that other new restaurants are due to open soon in the capital following the example of La Scène, the new address of the two-starred chef Stéphanie Le Quellec.
