Nothing seems to stop Julia Sedefdjian! After Baieta, which was awarded a Michelin star shortly after opening, and Bô, the Caribbean dining bar that made our taste buds travel, France's youngest Michelin-starred woman chef is embarking on a new adventure, again in Paris, and always in the 5th arrondissement!
Julia Sedefdjian has just opened Cicéron, a restaurant and grocery store that features chickpeas, and we're already licking our lips! It's no surprise to find chickpeas at the heart of the chef's cooking, a central element of Nicoise cuisine (the delicious panisse fries, for example!), since she's originally from "Nissa la bella".
A naturally poor or gluten-free takeaway offer from starter to dessert, and a grocery store where the chef proposes her favorites, are the two counterparts of this highly gourmet new place .
Dishes on offer include crispy panisses, falafel, hummus, chickpea curry, tchatchoucka and, for those with a sweet tooth, chocolate mousse and vegetarian pana cotta with oat milk .
A grocery corner offers chickpea flours, olive oils, socca chips and other products of particular interest to the young chef. Let's discover the place?
