Kodawari Yokocho launches its Ramen Burger to go or to be delivered in Paris

Looking for originality and novelty? Discover without further delay the Ramen Burger! Imagined by Kodawari in Paris, in collaboration with Keizo Shimamoto from the Ramen Shack restaurant in New York, this Ramen Burger is to be devoured urgently, and is available for take away or delivery.

Let's go to the 6th district of Paris to taste a burger really like no other. And for good reason, I'm talking about a Ramen Burger ! To savor this delicious burger revisited in a ramen style, you have to go to Kodawari Yokocho, the excellent gourmet address opened by Jean-Baptiste Meusnier in 2016.

If the establishment is closed to the public since the end of October due to the health crisis, the owner of this famous establishment decided to innovate by creating this ramen burger, in collaboration with Keizo Shimamoto of the Ramen Shack restaurant in New York.

This original burger takes the tastes and textures of a ramen, all concentrated in a single sandwich. To achieve the perfect match, many tests were necessary. In the end, this Ramen Burger is composed of a bun of homemade ramen noodles made from Kodawari field wheat, then Basque farm pork chashu, grilled chashu like bacon, bamboo shoots, luscious tamago egg, a dashi and soy reduction. A special kaga miso sauce is used to enhance the dish. Generous, you will need a big mouth to swallow this ramen burger in one go. But this novelty respects to the letter the tastes and textures of the traditional ramen. Gourmet and original, this Ramen Burger is a succulent success!

Available to take away from Kodawari Yokocho in the 6th district (from 11:30 am to 6 pm), this Ramen Burger is also available for delivery via Deliveroo.

Several options are available, the classic Ramen Burger or the special Ramen Burger with the tamago egg in addition. As for the price, count 7.50 euros for the classic Ramen Burger offered for takeaway. And for 6,50 euros more, Kodawari proposes a complete formula with drink, accompanied by a delicious sweet potato puree (with mashed potatoes in butter and dashi and soy reduction) and a " Japanese potato cake " with roasted orange and chestnut cream, as a dessert!
