Bistronomic restaurant guide - activities

Bistronomy is French cuisine that twists bistro classics with a modern twist. In other words, chiseled, contemporary dishes in a relaxed setting. E.g.: classic eggs mayo is not bistronomie, it's bistro-style cooking, French or even Parisian. On the other hand, eggs topped with a fresh herb mayonnaise, citrus emulsion and parmesan potato chips are bistronomie.
