JR: a monumental participatory work created on the forecourt of the Hôtel de Ville in Paris

The Declaration of the Rights of the Child celebrates its 100th anniversary. To mark the occasion, the City of Paris is inviting Parisians under the age of 21 to take part in the 'Inside Out' project created by the famous artist JR. The aim? To give birth to a monumental, ephemeral photographic work, to be discovered on the forecourt of the Hôtel de Ville this Saturday, October 5, 2024. We tell you all about it.
