The Tuileries Gardens are a must-see in Paris! This 23-hectare green space runs alongside the Rue de Rivoli and the Seine, linking the Louvre Museum and the Place de la Concorde. Classified as a historic monument in 1914, it has also been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991. It features magnificent historical statues, accompanied by works of art.

When in Paris, it's hard to resist a stroll through the Tuileries Gardens. It's right in the center of the capital, between the Louvre Museum and Place de la Concorde, and offers a sunny break with its many ponds. In the midst of all this splendor, the Tuileries garden stands out as the core of this dream Paris!

Created by Catherine de Médicis in 1564, it is the oldest French garden in Paris. A stroll through it is like stepping back in time. Originally, the garden was reserved for a privileged few. It wasn't until 1793 that the garden was opened up to Parisians, with the organization of a number of revolutionary festivities.

The Tuileries garden is dotted with beautiful statues and several ponds filled with ducks and fish, on which you can sail wooden sailboats. Numerous chairs are available for sunbathing or indulging in a bucolic siesta! It's also home to two cultural attractions, the Jeu de Paume and the Musée de l'Orangerie, both located on the Place de la Concorde side of the garden. The perfect way to round off your stroll or to get off to a flying start along this legendary garden.
