On Sunday October 8, 2017, Paris Parc de la Villette welcomes the National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control (INRIA) to set up a giant and free treasure hunt. The idea is to find lost robot Poppy thanks to a mobile app full of clues.

In early October, the National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control (INRIA) invites you to take a breath of fresh air in the north of Paris to take part in a big family treasure hunt.

To find Poppy, the lost robot, you can choose between two kinds of hunt:

  • the first one is for families with children
  • the second is for adults

The entire day is also dedicated to the institute’s 50th anniversary so that you can know more about it and its activities. To do so, just take a walk around the Parc de la Villette with your smartphone in your hand. The GuidiGO app will give you all the necessary clues!

Maybe this free activity will make your children want to work in the IT field…
