From this early September, the Jardin d’Acclimatation has started great renovation and improvement works in order to become a true theme park and nature park. The LVMH Group paid not less than €33M to improve the landscapes and €27M to renovate merry-go-rounds and build some new one.
In a few months, we’ll be happy to discover at least 17 rides in harmony with the park green landscape. Forget the idea of a Disneyland-like park, you should rather imagine a playful and French Central Park.
Here we go for 8 months of work. Till then, don’t be sad, the Jardin d’Acclimatation remains open to the public. If for now, attractions are still closed, you should know that the Rivière Enchantée (Enchanted River), the trampolines and the catering areas remain open. By the bye, the admission is even free of charge from September 4 to 22, 2017.
From September 23, 2017, a temporary Village des Manèges (Rides Village) will be set up to please you and your family. Facing the Ghandi entrance and not far from the Fondation Louis Vuitton, this village will feature 14 rides and some of them are one of a kind! The admission fee will cost you €2 until the inauguration of the new park on May 1, 2018.
We have no further news for now but you won’t have to wait long until we tell you about the inauguration. In the meantime, enjoy the free promenade!
